ABOUT

The Probus Club of Enfield is an association of retired professional and business men founded in 1975. We currently have a membership of about 35

We meet for lunch at the Jolly Farmers Public House, 2, Enfield Road, Enfield EN2 7QS generally on the second Tuesday of each month. At each meeting, except for the AGM in November, it is usual for us to invite guests and have an interesting visiting speaker.

From time to time some very enjoyable theatre trips and outings to places of interest are arranged by our Social Secretary for the enjoyment of members. Also there have, historically, been two ladies luncheons arranged each year around Christmas and Springtime, both of which get great support.

It has been the usual practice for prospective new members to be invited to join us for lunch that currently costs £23. It is then usual for a second visit to be made after which an invitation to enrol with us would be given.

The membership joining fee is currently £20.00, inclusive of the provision of a Probus tie, lapel badge and name tag.

The Annual Subscription is currently £25.00 per annum.

If you are interested in speaking to someone about the Probus Club of Enfield please contact, in the first instance, the Hon. Secretary via the Contact Us tab.
